The walk back home

I really don't know what to type today...
It has been quite tiring but it will be even more tiring tomorrow.
That's just life. We had students from overseas in an immersion programme and I started wondering when I could go...
One of the places I would really love to go is Germany. For one, I learn German:
Guten tag! Ich bin Mary und ich liebe Buchs...Haha, *applause*
Yesterday, we were just looking at German pictures of houses and it looks really beautiful. Unique I would say. And I love it. It would be interesting to just sit in a train blasting through such nice scenes. Isn't it amazing, for once looking at beautiful houses instead of beautiful trees and nature? There's this Chinese saying that the people standing at the side can see better... Who knows? That's why in conflicts, it's good to have a third party...But it's really weird cause I would not want to stay in them. Sometimes, when you are in it, you can't get the whole picture, the whole beauty of The place. Why not jot them down with your camera and keep them to admire forever? That is my opinion though...
There's the altbau, the first picture. That house is huge and it's a little like a flat. The best part about it is, you have an inner court. But they say it's really cold at the bottom levels and hot at the top levels. Time to make some sacrifices huh? Then there is the fachwerkhaus which has the weirdest designs. If you want to see some like this you can go to Kota Tinggi in Malaysia. There's this place called French Village that has hotels like this. They serve Western food and it is really like as though living in some old dorf (village). There's this house that is on a bridge! Can you imagine how cool is that???
In China the farmers there have really weird houses. I saw it on documentary before and it is really amazing! They stay in a cave! There are three types-- mud cave, brick cave and stone cave. The environment is full of mountains and so they dig about 30 metres into the mountain to form a cave for people to live in! The mud is just digging and staying in it, the stone is lined with stone and the brick one is line with bricks and thereby concrete which forms the walls. Sometimes, in life, who knows? Simple living is amazing too!
