The walk back home

Thursday, July 30, 2009
Hello these days have not been typing on my blog for a really long time... For this, I owe a huge thanks to my wonderful teachers for piling on my homework... but seriously it is really great to type something finally so that I can share my philosophical thoughts with the world but today not really.
I just re-read Little Women by Louisa May Alcott and let me take on a bimbo tone but I LUVVVVVV LEETLE WOMAN. Ok so it's really a great book and all and just tweaking a commentary from To Kill A Mockingbird I must comment that someone special with a honest heart has written something special, something straight and dincere from the heart. And as much as I love fan-fics, I can't bear to read those tweaking Little Woman or pick up the pen to write one. Every single detail of this book is just amazing and flawless. They used to say that it was only a book for teenage girls but I highly disagree. Because the lessons learnt there are valuable too. I personally like Jo the most and I think the lesson she learnt in writing not sensational stories but rather sincere words from the heart is a great lesson that I believe most of us should be learning as well. Not for the money nor for the fame but solely for the love to spread a little more love and warmth in all of the old corners of the Earth. And this book teaches us great beauty and what it is. But most importantly, the crafting of the characters, the relationship between mother and child-- these are the things that I admire Louisa May Alcott for. Top Kudos to her...
