Yippee! Finally my choral and drama night performance is over. It's this performance that lasts for 5 nights in a row that is acted out by secondary 1 and 2 students. And I was so glad that mine is over. Drama means hard work which can be easily translated to rehearsals costume fittings and more rehearsals. Of course on the account that Mum never allows me to eat junk food I delight in the Macdonals' and cuop noodles meals. SO anyway tweo reasons why I am glad is=ts over is:
-I no longer have to wear my long purple skirt. Seriously that skirt is a fashion disaster (sorry Mum) and it definitely makes me look 30+ which is not good. Plus it can interchangeably be worn as tube dress! And I am extremely hot wearing this dress plus a t-shirt outisde. (I have to dress decently onstage)
-Despite the meals I am very tired whenever after rehearsals. I got to repeat things twice and thrice and after one run-through, I am exhausted. I have no idea why people are so tired. It does not look that taxing but I suppose the psychological torture and running around makes you fatigue.
Our story is really complicated and as a result I do not intend to type it out today but I was so disappointed when my parents did not understand it. i mean was it that complicated. Of course to appease me, they told me that my front dialogue plus crying was excellent but whats the point of just one person's good perfomrnace and the rest no one understands? :(
